海南白马建设开发有限公司由海南白马控股有限公司于2009年注资5.23 亿元人民币成立，其主要目的是开发建设海口司马坡岛项目。 司马坡岛位于海口市规划的江东组团核心区域，地处海口市重点发展区域，与海南省文化基地（海南省博物馆、海南省图书馆等）隔江相望，毗邻海南政治中心（海南省省委），是一块拥有独特地理位置的处女地。 司马坡岛项目占地约110万平方米，总投资约为15亿人民币，是集娱乐、休闲、体育为一体的大型综合文体项目基地；旨在建设成为国际一流旅游度假目的地。项目开发完成后，将成为海口市标志性的旅游区域，定将提升海口旅游服务的档次和水平，吸引全国乃至全世界高端消费人群前来旅游度假。 该项目已列入海南省重点开发建设项目，是今后海南国际旅游岛发展的亮点和重要组成部分。 Established with a registered capital of 523 million RMB by Hainan White Horse Holding Company Limited, Hainan White Horse Construction & Development Company Limited aims at developing and constructing Haikou Simapo Island. Simapo Island locates in the core of Haikou municipal planning zone, a supreme area facing the provincial cultural facilities across the Nandu River of Hainan Musum and Hainan Library. Adjacent to political centre of Hainan Provincial Committee, the island is one of the most precious spots in Hainan. Simapo Island Project takes up 1,100,000㎡ with a total investment of 1.5 billion RMB. As a comprehensive entertainment base consisting of recreation, resort and sports items, it’s intended to become one of the most high-class international tourism resort destination. After completion, the project will be a symbolic tourist attraction to the world, which will promote the tourism level in Haikou. The project has been listed into Key Development Projects in Hainan Province. Thus, it will be one of the significant highlights to accelerate the development of Hainan International Tourism Island.
